For clients, an overnight stay includes:

- Possibility to use an outdoor barbecue.
- A large dining/breakfast room where you can relax, play board games, watch TV or prepare your own meals. We also have all the kitchen equipment you need to cook (stove, oven, microwave, fridge) as well as pots/pans & crockery.
- Bicycles are allowed and there are also bicycle storage facilities.
- Secure 24/7 video surveillance.
Additional paid services:
* Room rates do not include breakfast. Breakfast is available on request at an extra charge.
* Pets are allowed, with an extra charge of EUR 10 per pet per night. Please note: Most rooms are not on the ground floor, so you may have to use the stairs and there are no lifts. Please contact staff in advance if you have a large pet.
* Possibility to use the washing machine for one time (up to 10kg of laundry) - 5 EUR.
* Caravans/camper vans are allowed, with water and electricity use/charge - 15€ per caravan/camper van.
* Camping is allowed, per person per night - 5€.
* Possibility to use the shower without booking a room (e.g. for caravan or tent campers) - 5€ per person.
* For longer bookings, special conditions for both rooms and meals can be negotiated.
